Massage Therapy fees due at end of each scheduled appointment. Direct billing to insurance providers is available (where applicable). Most extended health insurance providers require a receipt for reimbursement of costs. Official receipts are issued for treatments. Physician referral is NOT required to receive Massage Therapy. However your insurance provider may require a physician referral for reimbursement of costs.
